91pha Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By registering an account on the 91pha platform — accessible at 91pha.app — and by using any of the services we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all 91pha services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and any other features available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 91pha service. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 91pha reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to registered players.

To register and maintain an account at 91pha, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on the 91pha platform. Opening or using multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. 91pha reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

91pha may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of your account until verification is completed.

Your 91pha account is personal to you and must not be shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 91pha immediately via our support channels at support@91pha.app. 91pha will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including 91pha support staff, who will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

91pha cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has voluntarily shared their credentials with another party.

91pha accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your payment provider and your account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your 91pha account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 91pha does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

91pha operates in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We are required to verify the source of funds for large deposits and may request supporting documentation as part of this process.

91pha offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The full terms of each promotion are published on the promotion's dedicated page. The following general bonus rules apply across all 91pha promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in its promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically voided from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g. 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• 91pha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Players who have already met the conditions of an active promotion will not be retroactively affected.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live physical processes (for live dealer games). All RNG certification details are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — disconnection, server error, or platform outage — 91pha will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers. If a round cannot be resolved, the stake for that round will be returned to the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits may be automatically rejected.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any mechanical device to assist with gameplay is strictly prohibited at 91pha.
• For sports betting, all markets are governed by 91pha's Sports Betting Rules, which define settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting rules for each sport covered on the platform.

91pha's RTP (Return to Player) values for all slot games are published and reflect the certified, unmodified theoretical return. 91pha does not adjust RTPs below certified values.

91pha is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary obstacles. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your account tier and any conditions attached to bonus funds. Maximum limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on your bank.
• 91pha does not charge a fee on withdrawals. Bank or e-wallet provider fees may apply.
• Before your first withdrawal, and periodically as required by AML compliance, your account must complete identity verification (KYC). This includes submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus before they can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are generally withdrawable without wagering requirements, subject to verification.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 91pha and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the 91pha platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended game behaviour to gain winnings. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities or using 91pha in any way that constitutes money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward 91pha staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the 91pha platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

91pha monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.

91pha may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Player request for voluntary account closure.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with unverified accounts or accounts closed due to Terms violations may be withheld pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 91pha platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 91pha platform without our express written permission.

Game content available on the 91pha platform is licensed from third-party game providers. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate game software is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91pha's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their 91pha account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

91pha is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform due to technical faults, network outages, or scheduled maintenance.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of 91pha services, whether direct or indirect.
• Actions of third-party payment processors or game providers beyond 91pha's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by players that result in financial loss during normal gameplay, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their validity, interpretation, or enforceability — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both 91pha and the player agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. Players wishing to raise a complaint should first contact our support team at support@91pha.app.

91pha reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.

Continued use of the 91pha platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and withdraw your balance.
